Country Vanderveen Farm Wedding
We know you’ve all been waiting to see Part ll of Kylie and Dylan’s Beautiful Country Vanderveen Farm Wedding! And if you you haven’t already seen Part 1, make sure you go take a peek so you can see the moments leading up to the ceremony! With each wedding it is always so much fun for us to see the outcome of months of planning and hard work! Kylie and Dylan had family and friends come together and make their dream wedding a reality! In fact, Kylie tells us that there were many women from her life who gathered two days before the wedding to put centerpieces together! Everything turned out so beautifully! We especially loved the wooden boxes that each of the centerpieces sat in, personalized with a “D & K” brand!
Dylan & Kylie took a bit of chance when they decided to have their wedding at Vanderveen Farm! Since their wedding was the very first at Vanderveen Farm…back about a year ago when they were deciding where to have the wedding, the venue was no where near complete! They had to look beyond and see the vision that the owner had for this brand new venue. Kylie admits she was concerned at times that the venue wouldn’t be ready in time for their big day, but she says that it turned out more beautiful than she could have imagined!
An Emotion-Filled Ceremony
Dylan & Kylie’s ceremony was held in the upper floor of the Vanderveen Farm Barn, which has dramatic vaulted ceilings, highlighted with a stunning crystal chandelier. The ceremony space looked breathtaking, and we especially loved the handmade signs that lined the aisle “Love is Patient, Love is Kind,…”! Kylie and Dylan’s ceremony was made extra special because Dylan’s dad was their officiant, nothing is more meaningful than having someone that knows and loves you as a couple be the one to marry you (we know because Scott’s dad is the one who married us)! The ceremony was full of emotion and lots of happy tears!
Once Dylan & Kylie were announced “Mr. & Mrs. Lowery”…the party started up!! Kylie shared with us that Dylan LOVES dancing…so they wanted a low key reception, where everyone could just have fun and dance all night! Vanderveen Farm’s reception space in the lower part of the barn opens up to a patio that was perfect for all their guests to dance the night away! The large area around the barn made it easy for guests to relax and enjoy each other’s company.
